YOUR ORDER

We will acknowledge receipt of your shop order. Faxed or Posted Orders will be acknowledged upon request only. We promise to despatch your order as promptly as possible - it will normally be despatched within 48 hours. If due to unexpected circumstances delivery is likely to run beyond our eight days assurance, we will contact you.

Please place your order directly via our website, using our shopping cart and secure payment facility. Alternatively, please email* or phone. You can also fax or post your order if you prefer, using the downloadable order form.

*For your security, please do not email payment card details. We will phone you for these.


OUR ASSURANCE ON YOUR PURCHASES

We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. Should you wish to return anything purchased from us, please return them (in the delivery packaging) as soon as possible within twenty-one days for exchange or a refund.

If your purchases arrive damaged, please advise us immediately on 01342 323254 and we will despatch replacements. We will need from you a daytime contact telephone number. We will discuss the best arrangements for the return of damaged goods with you and reasonable carriage/postal costs incurred for their return will be refunded to you.
